Daily Check-Ins, Not Just Yearly Check-Ups

My Chronic Pain Atlas is like a gentle, everyday check-in for your health. Instead of waiting months to tell someone what’s been going on, check-in and connect with your community every day, and gain a clearer picture of how you’re really doing between appointments.

In Person or From the Couch!

Whether you’re on a video call, sitting in a clinic waiting room, or speaking to a specialist from bed, My Chronic Pain Atlas is with you. When it’s time to talk about your health, you’ve got everything you need in one place, along with the chronic pain community behind you for support.

All About the App

Before every medical appointment, My Chronic Pain Atlas will be here with you. Whilst pain tracking is not new, the way we are developing our tools is. We are working hard to be the world’s first mainstream chronic pain tracking app, designed to be accessible by all types of chronic pain suffers, with a strong ethos on being neurodivergent and clinically friendly.

We are also paving the way to creating the world’s first chronic pain online eco system and strongly advocate for the benefits of community support.

Review Your Recent Logs

Quickly scroll through your recent pain, fatigue, mood and activity entries to clearly see what’s changed since your last appointment.

Highlight What Matters Most

Pick the top symptoms, patterns or concerns you want to focus on at your upcoming appointment, so nothing gets pushed to the bottom of the list in a medical appointment constrained by time.

Save Your Questions & Goals

Log the questions you don’t want to forget and what you’d like to get from the visit, then bring your summary with you, on paper or on your phone.

"Instead of random half written notes on my phone, I finally have one place that makes sense of my pain. I have gained language, patterns and the confidence to validate my pain that I've never had before."
